Bücherliste HTML Export Template
This Bookpedia template, written by Ulrich, has an index, similar to the one in the SilverIndex template. If you don't have enough entries for an index or you use a different alphabet, you can modify the template to fit your needs.
The titles are in German but you can obviously change those to English or whatever language you prefer.
When exporting, make sure you click the box 'Pages separated alphabetically'.

To have the template automatically install itself in Bookpedia, use the 'download and install' link.
If you prefer to download the template and then install it 'manually' (i.e. double-clicking the file or dragging it over the Bookpedia icon), use the 'download link'.
