Silver Index HTML Export Template
For this template to work correctly, you have to have at least one entry for each letter of the alphabet plus one page for entries with numbers and symbols. If you don't have that many entries or you use a different alphabet, you can modify the template to fit your needs.
To export with the SilverIndex.html template, make sure you check the box 'Pages separated alphabetically'.
