DVDPedia exporting .dvdpedia improperly?

I use DVDPedia 5.1.2 and when exporting to .dvdpedia it says:
Exports a collection in XML format, including a folder with associated cover images
but there's no folder of associated coverages images being created. Am I missing something?

Re: Search via Amazon

Thanks Nora. Hadn't tried Doghouse. Didn't know much about it. Sweet, it's like the database used with DVDProfiler back in my Windows days. :)

Re: Search via Amazon

Okay guys I got a problem. I've been using the AWS feature in DVDPEDIA to search movie titles on Amazon but now with the Associate ID required I can't search Amazon anymore. When I try to sign up for the free associate ID it tells me I can't, it tells me nobody in my state (North Carolina) are allow...

Re: Getting cover art ... LINKS

Got it done using Smultron. Took a few tries to figure out were to put it but got it. Thanks all. :) Edit: I just tried in NeoOffice again putting them on the same line I did in Smultron and it works the same. I was putting them in the wrong place before in NeoOffice just like I did wrong in Smultro...

Re: Getting cover art ... LINKS

Hehe, I don't do any web creation/design so never bothered with an html editor. Textedit didn't work so I tried NeoOffice in html view. :) I figured textedit would do like notepad did on windows but guess not for this edit job. I'll give those a try, thanks.

Re: Getting cover art ... LINKS

Thx ual. Never done info view tweaking before. I'm using TigerColumn. I was able to do it in NeoOffice and save it but poorly I might add. :) But textedit wouldn't allow me to save without changing to rtfd format even thought the info in the link you provided said any text editor. :)

Because you moved to a new computer and did not bring your Spotlight files along (that Quick Look relies on) you will have recreate them. In DVDpedia under the help menu turn Spotlight off and on again to recreate all the files. The plug-in for Quick Look is inside the DVDpedia.app package under Co...

Would that also apply to QuickLook in Pedia also? The Pedias have Quick Look integrated. The great thing about Quick Look is that it's a feature outside of the programs run by Mac OS X and the Pedias ship with a plug-in for Quick Look and Leopard finds the plug-in and uses it, while for the Tiger u...

I got an e-mail today from Nora explaining my problem. Thanks for the file, that helped us find the problem. It was a space in the serial number (right after XXXX, as you can see below): XXXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX -XXXX We’ve added a feature to the Pedias so that this won’t happen in the future a...

Lost the registration again today. Today after booting up I looked to make sure the preference file was still in "~/Library/Preferences/" and it was. Then I opened DVDPedia using Quicksilver as usual and got the unknown serial message again. You can see in the image below. http://img120.im...
