Associate correct IMDB page with DVDpedia item?
A number of entries in my DVDpedia database go to bizarre places when I do an Open IMDB for Selection. How do I associate the correct IMDB page with that item?

Bookpedia: Series ignore leading articles
It would be nice if there were an option for the Series field to ignore leading articles (The, A) just like Bookpedia does for titles. That way "The Gates of Time" would be sorted under G rather than T.

Re: Bookpedia: what's the deal with ISBN-13?
Try 978-1888699074. Do Apple-F (Find). Paste the number, hit return. Go down to the ISBN line of the returned item. Observe it contains an ISBN-10, not the ISBN-13 you just entered. I agree with Reiner that it's annoying when Bookpedia deletes dashes from the ISBN-13 you entered (that is, if the ret...

Bookpedia: what's the deal with ISBN-13?
When you search Amazon for a book using ISBN-13 (to add to your Wishlist, for example) Bookpedia saves the entry with the ISBN-10! Shouldn't it keep the ISBN-13? It would also be neat if Bookpedia saved the ISBN-13 even if you searched using an ISBN-10.

Re: Release Date drops day
Thanks! Interestingly, CDpedia doesn't redisplay with the new dates when you change formats, I have to restart it in order to see the changes I've made to the date format.

Release Date drops day
If I input "05 Mar 1971" into the Release field, it drops the "05". That doesn't seem right. This information is saved if entered into the Original Release Date field. Also, shouldn't both fields have "Date" in their names, or both not have "Date", just to be ...

Batch update prices?
In the Pedias, is there any way to batch update list prices or any other attribute of the entries? I don't want to update every attribute of each entry, because I've changed some of them from their Amazon entries (mostly genre and title changes).

Is this a bug or a feature in cover image scaling?
I've noticed that the pedias scale cover images taken from Amazon to fit the full size of the box on the lower left of the application's window, but when you import images directly from your hard disk or copied from a URL they are deliberately shrunk so they don't fit the box.

List or Sales Price?
I just noticed that DVDPedia picks up the List price, not the actual Sales price, for the Price field when importing listings from Amazon. Is it possible to pick up the Sales rather than List price when importing, or make it a configurable option which one to use?

COMICSpedia: use Mile High Comics' database
One of the issues with making a COMICSpedia is the paucity of good databases. Mile High Comics (http://www.milehighcomics.com) has a huge database (the largest I've seen) to support their comics business. I don't work for them so I can't answer for them, but do consider asking them for an interface ...
