Hi there. I am playing with the demo version at the moment as I want to make sure a couple of things work - so far I have n't been able to get one thing working which would be a deal breaker. We have several computers in the house. One, which I mostly use is downstairs, and another which my wife mainly users is upstairs near the TV/stereo. I am wanting to use DVDpedia as a catalogue of all our DVDs and ensure that both computers can browse the catalogue (only I will retain editing rights). This works on Delicious but I don't like the GUI. I just installed DVDpedia on my machine and imported the library from Delicious. I have also permissioned the ~/library/application support/dvdpedia folder to be shared (read only for everyone other than me). When I go to the computer upstairs, install the app, boot it with the option key held down and then navigate to the relevant database.dvdpd file I get an error message: "Failed to Save. Unkown store type, format or version." What's wrong?
I presume, as with Delicious, a single license can be used across all computers in a household. I presume also that the program works with BD disks (as DVDs are rather dated now). Correct?
Thanks in advance
Steve
