Cursor disappears

When I open the app, I usually find that my cursor has disappeared. I have to resort to fumbling with the keyboard in order to submit an added book. Every now and then the cursor reappears, but there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason, and it is intensely frustrating. Is this a known problem with the software?

That's the first time we hear of this problem. Are you using the program in Full Screen mode? (That's the only time the program would intentionally disappear the cursor.) Try leaving that mode with the ESC key; does the cursor reappear then?
