And I just updated to macOS 15.4, and the "import Playlist from Music..." command in CDpedia still does not return a list of Playlists from Apple Music like it used to.

My Music file is in the macOS Music default location, so something else is wrong.

Back on 11/1/24 I updated my Intel Mac from macOS 14 directly to macOS 15.1 and CDpedia 7 was able to display its database of music that I had brought in from my collection in Apple Music.
