Feature Request: Coloured Labels

Now that my pedia collections have grown to contain some 6000+ movies and 10000+ books, I would highly appreciate if some sort of color labeling could be added, especially in list view, similar to the one in the MacOs list view. This would allow to highlight the different media formats (e.g. Blu-Ray, DVD, VHS, TVRecording, Digital Copy etc) more easily (= optically) than the field for media format. But it could be used for other purposes, too.

And, as always, many thanks to Conor, Nora and helpers for their great work. Keep it up!

Markus

Thank you for the feedback. I promise to take a look at it. It's not as simple as it sounds as it means drawing all the the rows (to add color) instead of letting Mac OS do it as it does now.

Yes, color would definitely be a plus, a very mac-like feature.

Once one gets the habit of using colors to tags items in Finder, in Mail, in Aperture it's difficult to live without it, it is such a great and visual feature!

So please let us have it in the pedias!
