launching links not working on OSX pedias

After I updated to Sierra 10.12.4, launching links stopped working. A link entered into the pedias as "https://www.discogs.com/John-Lee-Hooker ... ter/287724" now shows up (on right click and copy from the Pedia app) as "pedia://loadLink=https//www.discogs.com/John-Lee-Hooker-Live-At ... ter/287724" -- notice that the ":" after "https" is missing. Clicking on the link brings the OS message "There is no application set to open the URL https//www.discogs.com/John-Lee-Hooker-Live-At ... ter/287724."

(I don't *think* I changed pedia versions in between the correct behavior and this.)

The same here. It appears that all links stopped working, including the internal ones.
