I sent them a support request about a week ago but they haven't responded. What gives?

Could you please email me again. There is no support request from the same email that you registered with at the forum or I lost it to the spam manager.

Yes, I did get your email and as I said in my reply, I tried to register again from my MBA and this time it worked. Thus you can close this thread. Thanks again.
