Lost serial number

To retrieve your serial number, go to the Bruji support page, enter the email address you used to purchase the program and the database will automatically send you a return email with your serial number.

If you don't have access to that email address anymore or can't remember which one you used, send us an email at support@bruji.com and we'll look up the number manually.


Freezes or crashes

Always make sure you are running the latest version of the program. You can check whether you're up-to-date via the CDpedia menu > Check for Updates.
